A look at the impact of emerging technologies like Google Glass, Leap Motion, augmented reality, 3D crafting and printing, and other technologies that will define the world students will live and work in. Already entering farsighted schools, these technologies are beginning their amazing, positive impact on instruction. Once again we are forced to adapt teaching to the world our students will live in and not the world we grew up in. Dewey famously said "if we teach today we taught yesterday, we rob our children of tomorrow". But who knew "today" would be such a shortened day.
